I've been leasing a storage unit from this location for a year and Amanda and Tommy have always been very personable and helpful. Lately, Amanda went above and beyond with customer service. I needed a larger unit but they were full. Amanda called me when a unit became available and even though that unit wasn't right for me, she didn't give up on me. She let me know when another one was coming available and kept me informed. Amanda has given me storage advice several times that has been very useful.
